How would I know if the credit card payment is successful?
Once you enter your card details on our secure payment portal, you will immediately receive an approval notification along with an online receipt from Eco Groups Safaris Ltd, the parent company that owns the brand of Eco Safaris Africa DMC. Please save or print the receipt for your records and kindly share a copy with us, so we can promptly confirm your reservation and get you one step closer to your unforgettable safari adventure.
What happens if my credit card transaction fails?
If your credit card transaction fails, you may need to contact your bank to authorize payments to Tanzania. Often times, banks may put a caveat to protect their customers from fraudulent transactions in foreign countries.
Why is there a 4% charge?
Please note that a 4% bank surcharge applies to this payment method and will be added to the original amount. The bank levies this fee for processing credit card transactions and is not charged by Eco Safaris Africa DMC. 2. Direct Wire Transfer
Below are the details required to process a direct wire transfer to our account. Please note that all bank charges associated with this method will be the client’s responsibility. You can make a direct wire transfer through your online banking platform or by visiting your local bank. Please ensure that the beneficiary’s account details are entered accurately to avoid any delays or disputes. Once completed, kindly share the transfer confirmation with us so we can promptly secure your reservation and prepare for your upcoming safari adventure.
How will I know if my credit card payment is successful?

What happens after I complete a wire transfer?
After completing the wire transfer, please send us a copy of the transfer confirmation. Once the funds have cleared in our account, we will send you a confirmation and finalize your safari arrangements, bringing you closer to your unforgettable adventure.
What is the turnaround time for the payment to reach us?
An international direct wire transfer may take up to 7 business days to be credited to our account. Once the funds are received, we will promptly confirm your reservation and finalize the preparations for your upcoming safari adventure.
What are the bank charges for the beneficiary account?
Depending on the processing bank, the beneficiary account may incur charges of approximately $25–$75. It is advisable to set aside this amount as a provision for bank fees.

3. Cancellation Policies & Fees
- More than 120 days before the safari or tour starts, 25% off the payment.
- 119 to 90 days before the safari or tour starts, 50 % off the payment.
- 89 to 31 days before the safari or tour starts, 75 % off the payment.
- 30 days and below, 90% off the payment.
- No Show, 100% off total costs.
NOTE
Tour packages are confirmed upon receipt of a 30% deposit of the total cost of the package. Balance Payable in full 30 days before arrival.
Full payment is required if the tour is booked less than 30 days.
